Envision What You Want to Create and Manifest in Your Life

When you use the power of creative visualization to envision what you want it becomes easier to create and manifest your deepest desires. Many of us have doubts, fears and limiting messages locked into our brains about what we can actually create and have in our lives. We want the ideal job, perfect relationship, financial abundance, ease and balance in life, but if we haven’t experienced these yet, our mind and body may lack the confidence to achieve them. When we use all of our senses to imagine our dream goals, our mind sees the possibility and certainty rises to drop-kick any doubts right out of the arena.

Why Use Creative Visualization?

We visualize because it works. Practically speaking, many people are left brain dominant and rely on the logical, analytical part of the brain to make decisions and traverse through their daily life. This is limiting because the analyzer only understands linear processes, and if it can’t see exactly how the plan will work, it doubts its veracity. Visualization engages the right side of the brain which is creative and intuitive, understanding abstract concepts. This part of the brain doesn’t need to know how something will manifest; just seeing the end result is proof enough that it is possible.

Imagining all the details including sights, sounds, textures and internal sensations and emotions also sets the law of attraction into motion. Law of attraction is the universal principle of like attracting like. Two things that vibrate in a similar range, tone or energy are naturally drawn together. That’s why we are attracted to people and circumstances that match our beliefs, attitudes and emotional tones. When we imagine achieving our dream goals we mentally, physically and emotionally match the energy set that we would be in if we had these goals in our life.

Who would you have to be in order to have what you want? What level of confidence, enthusiasm or joy would you need to embody? What beliefs and attitudes would you need to adopt? Living from this place in mind, body and soul is what will attract your deepest desires. Using your imagination to envision your dream goals will support you to be in this state.

Manifest Your Deepest Desires by Envisioning Them

Once you know what you want to create and manifest in your life, whether it’s a state of being such as high self-esteem or peacefulness, a new habit such as exercising or healthy eating, a life style change such as financial abundance or ideal career, or a material object such as a new car or household furniture, it’s time to envision it.

Some people like to have specific details worked out ahead of time. For example, the aspects of a new relationship might include a potential partner’s appearance, personality traits, interests, income level, social skills, spiritual beliefs, and so on. They might envision all of these qualities and then imagine how the two of them would interact together. Some people prefer to let their intuition guide them, trusting their higher self to show them what is best for them. Rather than having all the details worked out, they would allow these to unfold in their imagination.

Regardless of which process is used, it’s important to step into the essence of what you want to create and manifest – the feelings, sensations and energy set of being and having this in your life. This is what makes it real. This is what attracts it to you.

How to Visualize What You Want

In order to visualize effectively, it’s helpful to close your eyes and turn inward, tuning out external distractions. Find a space where you won’t be interrupted for 10 – 20 minutes and get comfortable (not so comfortable that you’ll fall asleep though). Try this four step process.

  1. Close your eyes and take a few relaxing breaths. Let go of any tension in your body – let it melt away into the chair you are sitting in. Breathe relaxation into your body one area at a time (your head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, torso, legs, feet). Bring all of your awareness into the center of your head, a few inches back from your forehead. Create an image of a clear, gold dot of energy in the center of your head and let it expand to fill your whole head. Then fill your whole body with this high vibration of gold energy.
  2. From this calm yet alert state, begin to imagine what it is you want to create in your life. If it is tangible see the colors, feel the textures, notice any smells or sounds. Then imagine using the object (or interacting with the person, or moving around in the place or whatever is appropriate for your creation). If it is a state of being such as feeling confident, at ease or abundant, see yourself in this state as though watching yourself in a movie and then step into your character and feel what it’s like to be in this state of being.
  3. Fully embody the essence of being or having your creation. Let this feeling flow through every cell of your body. Say “yes” to yourself. Say “yes” to having this in your life. From this place of having your manifestation, ask yourself what you need to remember, be or do in order to manifest this. Listen to your higher, spiritual self for guidance.
  4. Bring the feeling essence of what you experienced and the guidance you received back into the present moment. Feel the chair you are sitting in. Scan your body and feel any sensations and emotions. Say “yes” to yourself one more time and open your eyes.

Whenever you feel doubt about creating your deepest desires, just take a break to envision what you want, touch into the essence of having it, and you will ignite the confidence to manifest it. After that the next step is to let go and trust the process.
