Hi Laurie,

Glad you found my tips useful. Understanding the power and presence of the Breath is truly the key to a dynamic and juicy life. Combining that breath with understanding how to work with your mind to quickly re-balance, re-focus and re-vitalize yourself is a joyous process.

Thoughts do become things and you can change your world from the inside out. Change your inner song and understand "How to Unclutter Your Mind and Connect with your ZEST"!

Joy of the day,

Alannah

Thanks for bringing us Alannah's article, Gini. I love the tip about remembering to breathe. Sometimes when I remind readers to stop and take a deep breath, they write in the comments section that they actually DID stop and take a deep breath, and they felt much better! It's amazing what oxygen can do for our brains, bodies, and spirits.

I also like the tip about listening to our minds. I've been thinking alot about Wayne Dyer lately, and his encouragement to think about things that strengthen us....and avoid thoughts that weaken us. That's so important, so simple, and so effective!

Thanks for these tips -- they're like an oasis in a busy day :-)
