Congratulations on finishing grad school! That&#039;s a major accomplishment.

Even just knowing that we&#039;re going to fail, and we can bounce back to achieve bigger and better things, helps. 

They say that your biggest failures can lead to your biggest successes...but I haven&#039;t seen evidence of that yet. I believe it; I just haven&#039;t seen it in my own life.

Such a powerful message to hear, especially now as I&#039;m getting ready to leave graduate school to do what I really want and to take care of my health first.

I&#039;ve always tended to get knocked down by critics and I&#039;m trying to learn to let them bounce me forward to the next level (and next critic) instead.
