How do we know when we are hiding from happiness and/ or not living close to our potential? It is when we are not working at what we are passionate regarding and when we are not seeking Jesus' love and guidance. If we get creative, find our vision, and go after it, and love the Lord Jesus, we are looking for happiness and can get joy. In regards to a man, I believe figuring out what compatility there is and sticking with it and being real about whether a relationship will work is key. If he is rude or disrespectful, get rid of him.

S.C. or Donna, did you see Dr Laura's live performance or telecast? I haven't had a chance to go to her website yet, but I'd love to know how it went!

What is Dr. Laura waiting for, until her tickets are sold out? Too late, her theater telecast is tomorrow. Where schools are closed students are being asked to stay home and avoid public places like shopping malls or movie theaters. I don't know how the elderly are contacted. Go to Dr. Laura's site and be sure she is on this immediately.

Laurie,

Thank your apt response. I rather be safe than sorry where my Aunt is concerned, she is not sure she wants to take any chances.

Dr. Laura is giving a live performance and it will be telecast in 450 theaters across the country for 2 nights. 450 theaters will be packed for 2 nights.

If you can't afford the travel or cost of a live show it is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate mothers with Dr. Laura near your house. Her audience wants to share her personal moments about her family and everything about being the worlds most famous stay-at-home mom. Not all locations are of concern. With any concern, I am sure, Dr. Laura will address this on her website soon. After all, those who are vulnerable to infections will be among her movie goers.

Another movie had to shut down a show because of the flu. It may not be that drastic in the states, but it is responsible to address this for those that could be at risk. Nursing mothers and the elderly want to celebrate with Dr. Laura, she is not about to overlook them.

Hi SC,

Since you're dealing with other health conditions, I think you should be more cautious than usual! I'd call the local health community center or health line, and ask what they'd suggest.

But from what I've heard, H1N1 precautions are the same as the regular flu or cold: wash your hands often, don't touch your nose, mouth, or eyes with your hands, and avoid sick people! The H1N1 isn't transferred through pork products, so you can eat chops or ribs safely :-) And, the World Health Organization has just today lifted the travel advisory.

Did you know that antibacterial soaps aren't the best things to use? They're no more effective than regular soap, and they may encourage the development of bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics. But, alcohol-based hand santizers are good at killing germs.

What's the celebration with Dr Laura that you mentioned? Is she coming to your town? I can't believe how many book she's written now -- it must be a dozen at least.

I am diabetic and no one has given a firm diagnosis on my other condition. Both are an ideal excuse for putting off my weight issues. This is an incentive to deal with some of this and the job I like, but need to move on.

I want to celebrate with Dr. Laura in a few days. There are at least 12 cases of H1N1 in my town. Do I go out in public, if so what should I do for precautions?
