You’ve tried everything you can think of, but you can’t seem to move on.

Maybe you have regrets about how your relationship ended. Perhaps you’re even feeling a little frustrated with yourself and your inability to move forward in your life.

The longer you dwell in the gap between where you are and where you want to be, the more joy and peace you’re missing. You may feel overwhelmed with grief and pain – but you can take control and move forward in your life.

About Me

My name is Laurie Pawlik-Kienlen. My undergraduate degrees are in Psychology and Education, and I recently completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of British Columbia. I’m a writer, social worker, and teacher.

In addition to working with people crushed by grief and loss, I’ve mourned death and family estrangements (my sister disappeared from my life eight years ago), devastating losses (I can’t have children), and disappointing breakups (I didn’t get married until I was 35, and my heart was broken over and over).

Letting go of the past – and bouncing back – is something I know how to do.

Isn’t it time to start moving on with your life?
