Hey, thanks so much for posting this original and unique article. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve visited blogs from Google and they’ve got nothing on them but crappy ads and false information that’s unereliable. It’s the best policy to track the time it takes write any post or article. It helps us to improve writing skills and balance our time management. I and my friend always used to debate it; he always tracked time to write but I was a little careless. Now that I understand its benefit I have improved a lot.

I think the value in tracking the time spent on different aspects of your writing projects can help you write faster — which will make you a more successful writer.

For instance, I know that coming up with ideas for blog posts can take up alot of my time. So, I need to find ways to streamline my process…

I like the idea of using time management software to improve my blogging, but haven’t taken the leap into Harvest yet!

Personally I never get to time tracking when writing but maybe it’s the best approach.

This was such an interesting post for me, because I’ve never tracked my time for any writing assignment or project. My husband often asks about my ROI (Return on Investment), but I never have a solid answer….

I’m glad the Harvest has a free trial, because I do think that time management software like this can be extremely beneficial for writers.

Time tracking is freakin exhausting!

Doing it right requires a very deep understanding of both your business structure and the principles of accounting.

But yeah, I agree, doing it right requires tracking ALL of your time. Not just client time on the clock.
