Although other methods can be used, such as the cervical mucous method and basal body temperature, they may not be as accurate.

You are most fertile for two days before ovulation, on the day itself and the following day…and an ovulation predictor kit can help you pinpoint those days and make it easier to get pregnant!

I used a saliva based kit with great success! Ovu-trac (www.ovu-trac.com). It’s reuseable so you don’t have to waste a lot of money on it, and it’s individual to your own body chemistry. You can buy it online. Just thought I’d share since I’m using it. I’m 38 and found success within 4 months of using it. I am now 5 months along!

I just found out that there’s a fertility “watch” that can predict ovulation and fertility levels!

This fertility watch detects surges in ion levels, which come before LH surges, and gives you a 4 to 6 day warning that ovulation is approaching.

If you want more info about it, just let me know. I’d be happy to research and write about fertility watches!
