Thanks for your tips on diets and the Alli weight loss pill! I haven’t tried either a strick low fact low calorie diet or Alli, but have written an article on how to lose weight (not gain weight, rather) while eating a full-fat dairy diet.

The Alli weight loss pill is essentially a fat blocker. It functions by keeping the body from absorbing the fat from the foods that we consume, and it is the one freely ready drug that has FDA backing for its claims to assist fat loss. You might consider you could eat all the fatty nutrients you liked and then take alli to neutralize the effect, but lamentably that is not true. Alli should always be taken in conjunction with a low fat diet plan.

If one were to eat a strict low fat calorie diet then they could also be increasing their risk for heart disease due to their diet’s lack of important fatty acids. So, it is indeed important that balance is achieved because you don’t want to put your health at hazard. If one turns too lax or too preservative, then you will be unintentionally subverting your heart amongst other things and that could finally cost you your lifetime.

Thanks for pointing this out, Maija! I wonder if different types of sherbet contain different amounts of dairy, such as ice milk or something similar?

Just as an aside, sherbet doesn’t normally contain any dairy.
