i am 21, i have regular periods. i had sex on my third day of menstrual period. on it’s next day, it stopped. it’s a month now since my mentrual flow occured. it’s also a week now that i can notice a drop of blood coming out from my vagina when i discharge urine. is it possible that i am pregnant or what? i wish anyone of you here can answer me. thanks.

My partner and I had tried hormone therapy at one point after many months of trying supplements, once my wife did become pregnant various tests showed abnormal fetus growth, eventually she miscarried, she then tried various diets and supplements, and after finding a competent homeopath to help both of us, after about 16 months my wife was able to conceive and we now have a healthy newborn, I do not think there is one pure or healthy method. It is just a matter of trial and error and eventually the right kind of healthy ingredients eventually will work.

I’m sorry to hear about your sperm — I know how hard it is to want to have a baby, but not be able to.

Your first step is to listen to your doctor’s advice about how to increase sperm health. I also suggest getting a second opinion from a fertility specialist, who might have different advice for you.

And, I encourage you to talk to a naturopathic doctor. Sometimes natural supplements, fertility boosters, and acupuncture can help with sperm health and production — but results do vary from person to person.

Dear Shilpa,

I don’t know if IUI (intrauterine insemination) is the only solution for you and your husband to get pregnant. You need a medical doctor’s opinion — or a fertility doctor’s opinion!

If you prefer to get pregnant naturally (though I think IUI is fairly natural….it’s just helping the sperm reach the egg!). But if you want to get pregnant more naturally, maybe you could talk to a naturopath or natural health doctor. Sometimes, they ahve fertility boosting supplements that can improve your chances of pregnancy.

You could also try getting a second opinion from a medical or fertility doctor. Getting pregnant naturally really depends on your body, and your husband’s body too!

My age is 30yrs. And my husbands 35yrs. We want second baby But we are failed. We are trying since 6 months. Now we started treatment. The Doctor treated by IOU. But somehow i forgot to have some medicine. And my periods get show. Now I feel so bad. Then Doctor said wait for 1 month. Now don’t take any medicines instead of folic acids peals. your husbands quality of sperm is weak. Make them strong ny suppliments. Then we’ll go for the same treatment. But I dont want IOU. We want naturally. First time I get pregnant naturally.
Is there any chances to get pregnant naturally? or the IOU is the only solution.
