Thanks for this tip for fixing damaged hair, Paula. I haven’t heard of that shampoo. I’ve never bought organic shampoo; I always just buy the stuff on sale. But, I also don’t do anything to my hair except color it, so I don’t need expensive shampoos or conditioners.

The more you do to your hair (straightening, curling, blow drying, perming, coloring, weaves, etc), the better care you have to take care of it with really high quality products.

My biggest shampoo “secret” is that expensive shampoos have the same ingredients as inexpensive ones. It’s the packaging and brand name that you pay for, not the ingredients. So, don’t spend money on expensive shampoos and conditioners!

I discovered the “Made from Earth” Tea & Protein Shampoo in New York city shopping one day – and it does fit my hair perfectly! Both the moisturizing shampoo and organic – the thickness is gives to my hair is great. My hair did start to build volume and thickness and become more moisturized. I got the best results when I left it in my hair for about 5 minutes to let the proteins go to work and infuse in my hair.

Each time I use it instead of like some who take it out at a much shorter time. Hope that helps! Also – I recommend from buying online at madefromearth.com, because I saw more a lot expensive prices in the store I originally purchased from…even with the shipping costs its still cheaper online….

I accidently went to the Made from Earth skin care website when looking for something for my research paper, and it was one of the best accidents i ever had. I tried their Organic Tea & Protein Shampoo and loved it….It has a great scent and is gentle on my scalp. Compared to the $30-40i I used to spend on organic shampoo this is an even match at a cheaper price. Best for use to make your hair fuller and fresher….
