I agree -- accepting your body the way it is will make you happier and healthier. I think part of the reason some women can&#039;t lose weight is because they don&#039;t like their bodies...which can drive them to eat more and exercise less.

I limited my diet to food and quantities that did not upset my stomach and I lost weight and have kept if off for 8 years.  I had to stop eating things like pizza and cereal with milk.  I also replaced all meat with mainly Amish chicken.  I don&#039;t snack at all either.</description>

Did you do did every morning defecate? coz i find it use as i practice every morning for at least 5-10 minutes. And in one day normal people must defecate 2-3 times. So all the toxic keep out.</description>
