But I don&#039;t put salad dressing on my salad - I use raisins, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds as &quot;dressing.&quot; 

I think the best way to achieve your weight loss goals is to hang out with people who have a healthy respect for food. My husband rarely overeats because he doesn&#039;t see food as anything more than sustenance. I&#039;ve learned to adopt his attitude, which has helped me lose weight and keep it off.</description>
