I agree -- accepting your body the way it is will make you happier and healthier. I think part of the reason some women can&#039;t lose weight is because they don&#039;t like their bodies...which can drive them to eat more and exercise less.

I&#039;ve tried everything to lose weight, and nothing seems to work. I&#039;ve decided to accept my body the way it is and stop wishing I was thinner!  I think if more women did this, we&#039;d be alot happier.
