		<description>No Laurie,I&#039;m with you there, I certainly am not into writing everything down. At 61 I have been there and done that.
I am enjoying this diet as I don&#039;t have to count calories,don&#039;t have to weigh any food and I can eat as much of whats on offer at each meal as I like. My update is about keeping on track as this is the longest I have actually been on a diet for a long time.</description>

Weight loss experts keep saying that a food journal (how much you ate, when you ate it, how you were feeling, where you were) is supposed to help you shed pounds for good. It may be an effective tip for losing weight, but it&#039;s not easy! I feel like I don&#039;t have time to write down morsel that I eat....it feels too controlling or something. Keeping a food journal seems like it puts too much focus on food, food, food!</description>
