Also, we could have more self-confidence with our bodies if we stop looking at what we don&#039;t have and instead each day express gratitude for what we do have.

I have found the Feldenkrais Method really helpful in becoming more comfortable with my body.

Another tip for increasing your body confidence is to stop comparing yourself to other women. There will always be women who are more beautiful and less beautiful than you, so there&#039;s no point in letting your body confidence or self-esteem rely on the women around you.</description>
